1. Make up a PIN
Think of any number between 6 and 8 digits.
2. Contact your participants
Give people the PIN and tell them to dial 0844 322 0000 when you want to start the conference call.
3. Have a Penguin Conference
At the agreed time you all dial in and enter the PIN on your phone keypad when prompted, and your conference call is under way.
